Dr. Kiet Tran graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1996 with special interests in sedation dentistry and implant surgery. He was then accepted into a competitive one-year postgraduate program in hospital dentistry at the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. There he gained additional experience in the art of anesthesia to help alleviate anxiety in the most fearful adult and children patients. For Dr. Tran, the noble practice of spreading smiles through gentle, high quality dentistry is a lifelong journey. Every year he pursues continuing education and training at some of the country's finest universities. Dr. Tran completed two more demanding years of formal instruction in the prestigious Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center located in Ann Arbor, MI. During this time his training spanned from different anesthesia techniques to oral surgery procedures. It also extended into other dental disciplines such as dental braces and gum recontouring.
